 Happy Birthday, Library

                               HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LIBRARY!!!

It’s the library’s 100th Birthday and we are celebrating by collecting your favorite memories about the Coffeyville Public Library.  You might have a story about the old Carnegie Library, something funny that happened in the library or some way that the library changed your life.

   There are three age categories:

               Adult – 18 and over

Young Adult – Middle and High School

              Children – Elementary school

The winner in each age category will win a $25.00 Wal-mart gift card.

Stories must be 250 words or less; poetry 20 lines or less.  We will post the winning entries on our website and in the library.  We will display as many of the other entries as we can in the library.

The deadline for the entries is April 1.  Put your name, address, and phone number on cover sheet.  Do not put identifying information in the story itself.

Share your library memories and help us celebrate the library’s birthday.
