Adult Book Clubs
The library hosts two book clubs. The afternoon book club, “Books Sandwiched In” meets the last Thursday of each month at 12:30. The Evening Book Club has been suspended until January of 2012.
Audio Books
The audio book selection is located on the north wall of the Adult Department Cassette tape and CD are available. Audio books are checked out for three weeks with renewals available. Many more audio books in different formats are available thru the Kansas State Library EZ Library Program and the Kansas State Library’s online resources co-sponsored by Kan-ed.
Book Sales
The Coffeyville Public Library Foundation sponsors four book sales each year. The next book sale will be March 2012.
Community Room
The room is available for public meetings, parties, etc. for a non-refundable fee of $15.00. The room capacity is 65. A kitchenette is located in the southeast corner with coffee pot, silverware, punchbowl, and snack sets. Additional tables and chairs are available upon request. Yearly rentals may be scheduled ahead for clubs and other groups. To reserve call (620) 251-1370.
Fax
Fax service is available at the Main Desk. To send a fax is $1.00 per page. To receive a fax is 25 cents. The fax number is (620) 251-1512.

Kansas Library Card
Many On-line Databases are available through this service sponsored by the Kansas State Library and Kan-Ed. Kansas EZ Library program for downloading audio books is available through your Kansas Library Card. Ebooks will be provided by a 3M Cloud
Large Print
Large Print section is located on the south wall of the Adult Department. LT Books are checked out for three weeks with renewal available.
Magazines & Newpapers
Magazines are held for 3 years. Newspapers are held for 6 months. We subscribes to the Kansas City Star, Topeka Capital Journal, Tulsa World, Wichita Eagle, USA Today, Wall Street Journal and Sunday New York Times. Magazines are for one week with no renewals. Many more magazines and newspapers are thru the on-line database made possible thru the Kansas State Library and Kan-ed.

Copies are available for 10 cents per page

Summer Reading
Summer reading programs for all ages. The Summer Reading programs were a great success.
Video & DVD
A limit of five videos may be checked out on an individual’s card for one week. No renewals available on videos or DVDs. DVDs are limited to five check-out on an individual’s card.
