Does the library have a Notary?
Yes. Our Notary Public is available Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. This service costs $5 per document. If you are unable to come during our notary’s schedule please check with your local bank.

What is my login information for the LibbyApp?
You will be asked for your library card number and then a PIN number. Your PIN is the last four digits of your library card number.
How do I connect to the library's Wi-Fi?
The library has three open networks to connect to. The password for them is: coffeyville
A few items to remember:
- You do not need a library card to use our wifi
- Internet content on all library networks is filtered.
- Please visit the library if you need access to a computer.
- Please refer to our computer and internet safety policies before connecting for the first time.
Can I check out without a library card?
Library items may only be checked out if you have a library card. To receive a card, bring a photo ID and a piece of mail and we’ll issue you a free library card (if you live out-of-state, library cards cost $5 per year).
If you lose your library card, there is a fee of $1 to get a new card.
